About ConnectListing

ConnectListing is the tenant-facing home of the ConnectLettings ecosystem. Every home here is listed by its landlord through the ConnectLettings app — which is also where viewings, referencing, the tenancy agreement, the inventory and the deposit are all handled digitally once you apply.

We never charge tenants a penny — that's the law (the Tenant Fees Act 2019) and our principle. Listings are free for landlords too, which is why good landlords keep listing here.

Who operates this site

Honest by design

• Every listing shows when it was listed — no artificial "just added" recycling.
• "Let agreed" homes say so, immediately.
• The full address is withheld until a viewing is arranged, out of respect for current occupiers.
• Your enquiry goes to the landlord and nowhere else — no marketing lists.
